Welcome to Wildest Desert Co. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
Wildest Desert Co. offers custom graphic design services. All projects are tailored to the specific needs of the client as outlined during the inquiry and agreement process.
By submitting an inquiry, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Communicate promptly throughout the design process
- Review drafts and deliverables in a timely manner
- Pay invoices on time via Stripe
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins, depending on the project scope.
- Late payments may incur additional fees or result in paused services.
- Design packages typically include a set number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
- Final files will be delivered in industry-standard formats (e.g., JPG, PNG, PDF, or vector files, depending on the service).
- Wildest Desert Co. retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Upon final payment, clients receive the rights to use the design materials for personal or commercial use (as specified in the project agreement).
- Designs may not be altered, resold, or redistributed without written consent.
- Project cancellations must be requested in writing.
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Refunds for partially completed work are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Wildest Desert Co. is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information
provided by the client
- Losses incurred by misuse of design materials
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Arizona.
Wildest Desert Co. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes.
